PolyU Innovation and Entrepreneurship Student Challenge – a Global Competition

Baru-baru ini mahasiwa Teknik Industri Universitas Trisakti yang terdiri dari Fariz Kurnia (06307069), Raden Abdurrahman H (06307073) dan Usamah Abdul Aziz (06307088) mengikuti lomba PolyU Innovation and Entrepreneurship Student Challenge – a Global Competitiion yang diselenggarakan oleh The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Tim mahasiwa tersebut dibimbing oleh dosen Ir. Didien Suhardini, M.Sc, Ph.D. Berikut ini detil lombanya :

The challenge is :

Organised by PolyU in Hong Kong.
A business plan competition for creative individuals with business flair.
A unique platform for international academic, cultural and professional exchanges.
An opportunity to turn your ideas into innovative products or services.

You can join if you are :

A senior secondary school student.
A full-time university undergraduate.

It is a unique opportunity to :

Explore your innovative and entrepreneurial potential.
Obtain exposure to the real business world.
Expand your professional and social network.
Develop your portfolio.

The Challenge consists of two Divisions :

Secondary School Division.
University Division (for undergraduates only).

Participants will be from around the globe including but not limited to :

Greater China : Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau.
Asia Pacific : Australia, Brunei Darussalam, India, Indonesia, Korean, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam.
Europe : Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, UK.
North America : Canada, US.

Dalam lomba tersebut tim Teknik Industri Universitas Trisakti belum berhasil masuk ke babak semi final. Namun begitu Jurusan Teknik Industri Universitas Trisakti menghargai jerih payah mahasiswa tersebut.
