Upgrading congregations and organizations:
On Saturday, March 2 2024, the Congregation and Ormawa Upgrading Work Program with the theme “Leadership Builds Collaboration Through Organizations” was carried out by the Department of Organizational Development and Human Resources. This activity was carried out offline in the F & G Building, 6th Floor, Room 618.
Starting with the opening MC, namely Marshella Anggraeni and Amelia Limbong.
This event was attended by the Assistant Deputy Dean III, two speakers, as well as
student of Industrial Engineering. Next are the opening remarks from the Chief Executive and
Assistant Deputy Dean III. Then it opened with a 35 minute presentation of material entitled Leadership, Building Collaboration in Organizations with the speaker, Bang Ardhi. This material explains the history of Trisakti, student organizations at department, faculty and university levels as well
explanation of soft skills obtained by joining a student organization.
Next, it opened with a question and answer session for 10 minutes and there were 5 questioners. Then the next material was presented for 35 minutes regarding the Session Mechanism with the speaker, Bang Ricky Saputra. This material explains the term trial, types of trials, elements of trials, trial procedures, trial terms, various
interruptions, trial equipment, criteria for leading the trial and types of hammer blows in the trial. The next activity is a trial simulation practice for 20 minutes. In this activity there were 3 volunteers from the class of 2023 who were tasked with being Chair of the Session. Chairpersons of Sessions 1 and 2 serve as openers and
closing the session, receiving interruptions, and reading the conclusions of various interruptions.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of Session 3 is responsible for recording the minutes. In this practice, participants
actively gives arguments for or against the theme or interrupts other speakers. At the end of this activity, the interruptions that have been delivered are described one by one and it is explained what type of interruption they are. It closed with the presentation of a plaque and certificate to the speaker by the Head of the Department, namely Bang Aditya, and a photo session
