Sannia Mareta, ST, PhD, FHEA
Alumni of S1 IT (Industrial Engineering) Trisakti University (2009-2013).

In 2013, Sannia completed her undergraduate studies at Trisakti University in 3.5 years with Cum Laude status and obtained a GPA of 3.96; awarded First Best Graduate. While at Trisakti University, he was involved in various activities including:
– Trisakti Student Ambassador [2010-2013]
– Puteri Kampus 2012 [Second Place]
– Ratu Bunga 2012 [Central Jakarta Final]
– HMTI Trisakti: Department of Foreign Affairs [2010-2012]
– IMTII Jakarta Raya: Secretary and Finance [2011-2013]
– Teaching Assistant in Probability and Statistics Lab [2010-2013], R&D Division [2011-2012], Deputy Head [2012-2013]

After completing his undergraduate studies, he decided to accept the offer of a full scholarship from the University of Nottingham to pursue research-based Doctoral studies in Mechanical Engineering. He obtained his PhD in 2017, and immediately started working at the University of Nottingham, Ningbo, China (UNNC).

Dr. Sannia Mareta is now the CELE Science and Engineering Academic Content Team Leader and Lead for TLOC (Teaching and Learning Observation College). He is also Head of V-ROOM Lab [2020-present], a recently launched lab, which focuses on developing APPs leveraging immersive technologies such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR). To enhance the pedagogical learning experience of students and staff. He initiated this idea and received a 2 million CNY grant from the university and the Ningbo Education Bureau for the establishment of the lab.
