Industrial Systems and Simulation Laboratory of the Industrial Engineering Department held an online Community Service (PKM) for Cake & Bakery SMEs.
There are 4 materials in this PKM:

1. “Digital Marketing for MSMEs” by Dr. Rina Fitriana, ST, MM, IPM
2. “Utilizing Google Trends for Content Strategy” by Ir. Sucipto Adisuwiryo, MM
3. “Utilizing Instagram Business for Marketing” by Elfira Febriani H., STP, M.Si
4. “MSME Marketing via Facebook” by Muhammad Najih, M.Sc

This event was attended by MSME Cake & Bakery Irma Haniah ST as well as tendik and student representatives from Usakti Industrial Engineering. Hopefully this event will be useful for MSMEs.
