This PKM was carried out by Industrial Engineering Lecturer Ahmad Farhan, S.T., M.T., Ir. Amal Witonohadi, M.T., Ir. Sucipto Adisuwiryo, M.M., Dr. Ir. Iveline Anne Marie, M.T., Novia Rahmawati, S.T., M.T., M.B.A., Ika Wahyu Utami, S.Sc., M.Sc., Laboratory Assistant Yunita Friscillia Suryana, S.T., also Laboratory Assistant Students Ahmad Roqy Mustafidan, and Muhawid AL Ken.

This event began with an opening by the MC, then continued with remarks from Ir. Amal Witonohadi, M.T. Material 1 regarding Pesticide Waste was delivered by Ir. Sucipto Adisuwiryo, M.M., and Material 2 regarding Human Resource Planning to Increase Optimal Rice Production for Farmers was delivered by Dr. Ir. Iveline Anne Marie, M.T. This event ended with a question and answer session and a group photo.
