Department of Industrial Engineering, FTI Usakti held a national seminar with the topic “Sustainable Product Design & Development” in collaboration with the DSKE Lab, Department of Industrial Engineering, Usakti and the Indonesian Ergonomics Association (PEI), Banten & DKI Jakarta Regional Coordinator, which was held on Saturday, January 15, 2022 online.

The event was opened with speech by Head of the Department of Industrial Engineering, Dr. Rina Fitriana, ST, MM, IPM, speech by the Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Technology, Dr. Rianti Dewi Sulamet-Ariobimo, and speech from Head of PEI Korwil DKI Banten, Prof. Ir. Wahyu Susihono, ST, MT, HDI, ASEAN Eng.

This webinar invited two speakers, namely Prof. Dr. Ir. Alva Eddy Tontowi, M.Sc, Ph.D, IPM, ASEAN Eng as the first speaker from Gadjah Mada University (UGM), and Mrs. Emelia Sari, ST, MT, Ph.D as the second speaker from Universitas Trisakti. The event was attended by 288 participants from lecturers, practitioners, students and the general public from various regions.

The event closed with a quiz and a group photo. Hopefully this event is beneficial for all and can add insight into Sustainable Product Design & Development.
