The Industrial Engineering Student Association of Universitas Trisakti proudly presents the Industrial Engineering Competition 2024! with the theme “Empowering Internet of Things through Sustainable Miniaturized Manufacturing UMKM in Indonesia”.

IEC 2024 is one of the events organized by the Industrial Engineering Students of Universitas Trisakti for high school students and university students, consisting of Online Competition and Offline. This year’s Chief Executive Officer is Fadilah Khairunisa Alghifari and the Vice Chief Executive Officer is Alifia Puri Indraswari. This year, IEC 2024 held 4 competition branches. The Infographic and Essay competitions are aimed at high school students, while the BMC and Paper competitions are aimed at university students.

On January 25, 2024, the final presentation of the top 3 best Infographic works was conducted online with 3 finalists selected based on the results of the selection conducted by the jury. The event began with opening remarks from the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of the association, and the Head of the Industrial Engineering Department at Universitas Trisakti, Dr. Ir. Rina Fitriana ST, MM, IPM. Next, the finalists presented their work and a question and answer session with the jury was conducted. The 2 judges in this presentation stage were Mr. Ahmad Farhan, S.T., M.T., and Mrs. Anik Nur Habyba, STP., M.Si. At the end of the event, the announcement and distribution of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners were made. The 1st place winner of the Infographic competition branch is the CHAMPION TEAM from SMAN 1 BADEGAN and the 3rd place winner is Mochammad Faisal from SMK KETINTANG SURABAYA.

The next event in the IEC series was on January 26, 2024, where the final presentation of the top 3 best BMC works was conducted online with 3 finalists selected based on the results of the selection conducted by the jury. The event began with opening remarks from the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of the association, and the Assistant Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Industrial Technology at Universitas Trisakti. Next, the finalists presented their work and a question and answer session with the jury was conducted. The 2 judges in this presentation stage were Mr. Imam Kisowo, ST, MM, and Mr. Agung Sasongko, S.T., M.M. At the end of the event, the announcement and distribution of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners were made.
