“Business Assistance for Dodol Bojong Gede SMEs, Cibinong,Bogor”

On Sunday, January 16, 2022, Department of Industrial Engineering and Department of Electrical Engineering, together with FTKE and FALTL have carried out Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) activities with PKM Partners, SME’s business owners, namely Hj. Muhayah, in form of business assistance.

PKM stage consists of 4 stages including an initial survey, program agreements to be made, stabilizing solutions to problems and delivery of products from the PKM Team to PKM Partners. The themes of this assistance are: SME’s Business Assistance, quality control of dodol product packaging. The results of this PKM are improvements to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), product logo improvements, new packaging made from natural raw materials (bamboo and water hyacinth) and the manufacture of quality improvement modules for dodol production.

Rambung; ST, Anik Nur Habyba, ST, MSi; Dr. Quarter from SD, MM; Dr. Dorina Hetaria; Arnes Faradilla, ST, MT; Ratna Mira Y, ST, MT; Dra. Mustamina Maulani, MM; Lailatus Siami, ST, MT. PKM team also involved Tendik, namely Ari Nuryahaya and student Dirda Naweswari.

The success of this PKM activity can be seen from the very positive response from UMKM owners because it is in accordance with the needs and desires of SMEs. In addition, the PKM team also provided funds to assist the process and improvement of dodol products.
