Work System Design and Ergonomics Laboratory (DSKE) and Production Systems Laboratory, Department of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Universitas held Community Service activities (PKM) at PT. Ganding Toolsindo Cikarang on Saturday, January 22, 2022. This event was attended by 14 employees of PT.Ganding Toolsindo from Director to the team leader. Meanwhile, from Usakti it was attended by lecturers, staff, and students from Department of Industrial Engineering.
The event was opened with speech by Secretary of the Department of Industrial Engineering, FTI Usakti, Dr. Dian Mardi Safitri ST, MT. There were 5 materials presented at this PKM event, three materials in the morning session from the DSKE Laboratory, namely the topic “Human Factors in Occupational Health and Safety” by Mrs. Dr. Dian Mardi Safitri ST, MT, the second topic on “Simple Human Error Potential Analysis Techniques” by Mr. Ir. Sucipto Adisuwiryo MM, and the third topic on “Safety Violations: Law and Prevention” by a lecturer at the Usakti Faculty of Law, Dr. Metty Soletri, SH., M.Kn.
Furthermore, the second session material was delivered by the Production System Laboratory with the topic “Introduction to Production Planning & Control” by Mrs. Ir. Tiena G.Amran Ph.D IPU and the last topic on “Production Planning and Control Systems for MTO-type Companies” presented by Mrs. Dr. Nora Azmi, ST, MT. In addition, the event was also equipped with icebreaking and games that added to the enthusiasm of the PKM participants. This PKM event was very well received by PT. Ganding Toolsindo, this was marked by the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in the material and the results of the questionnaire, all of which rated positively from the material, the method of delivery, and the presenters. Hopefully this event is useful for all and can be continued in the future.
