The event started with an opening by Mrs. Emelia Sari, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., followed by speeches from Prof. Parwadi Moengin, Ph.D., and representatives from PT Top Intera Jaya. Before starting the material, a pretest was conducted for the participants.

Material 1 regarding Assistance in Identifying Product Quality Defects Through Customer Reviews in E-Commerce was presented by Mrs. Anik Nur Habyba, S.T.P., M.Si., Material 2 about Assistance in Improving Production Line Designs for Increased Production Capacity was presented by Dr. Ir. Iveline Anne Marie, M.T., and Material 3 about Assistance in Improving Sustainable Strategies in the Supply Chain of Bag Companies was presented by Mrs. Emelia Sari, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., followed by a question and answer session, discussion, and post-test. The event concluded with the distribution of door prizes to participants with the highest post-test scores and best questioners.
